Why these decluttering coaches say you need boundaries

Don’t let your efforts go to waste!

Whether it’s constant interruptions from family members or a lack of discipline on your end, not having clear boundaries will keep you from seeing the best decluttering results.

This video with Sarah Mueller and decluttering coaches Salin Low and Elisa Rasmussen will show you how to set boundaries with yourself, your space, and with other people as you are working on decluttering your home.

  1. I found the “boundaries” video helpful. I am 70 and working on old files and keepsakes. The first time going through them is a memory trip. The second and third time is when I am able to let go. I am trying to do it now so I won’t have to deal with it later.
