How to not let decision fatigue stop you from decluttering

When you start decluttering, you’ll encounter hundreds or even thousands of decisions.

This is one of the hardest parts of decluttering!

Our brains have a maximum amount of decisions we are able to make in a day before our energy for doing so is depleted. This is called decision fatigue, and it can make decluttering next to impossible.
